Very informative. Simplified inhaler technique 7 basic steps excellent. Toolkit bag very useful. Would definitely recommend study session if more study days available

Thank you really excellent opportunity to look at different devices and actually check if able to use them. Good to network I am positive this will help my patients

This was a great study session fun and informative and great to have the devices to keep. Also good to have the cards explained I have one at the surgery but was not sure how to use it.
It wasn’t all just listening!

Enjoyed the totally practical aspect of training and the 'tips' passed on from the trainers and colleagues on the course

Brilliant should be essential for everyone who reviews or starts medication for asthma

It may have been better sold as training if advertised as 'non judgemental' as it really is NOT!! Thank you

Different way of doing training really enjoyed it – I needed inhaler training

Very useful has increased my knowledge

Excellent course, liked aids which will help when there are language barriers

I was absolutely delighted to receive your Aide-Memoir pack for Inhaler Devices and Aids in the post yesterday morning. This set fulfils a huge need and in my opinion, should be more widely distributed. The coding system is excellent and is a huge tribute to you and your colleague's investment in this area to help Pharmacists and Patients achieve the optimum from inhaled therapies. I cannot thank you enough for this resource and rest assured, it will get a more than adequate airing (it has already been used in one consultation). I hope to hang it out in a convenient place in our dispensary and I will encourage other Pharmacists to make good use of it also. The cardboard nature of the pack will avoid it going the way of other Pharmacy References and developing 'dog ears'. If there were awards going, the adjudicators would be wise to support such fantastic initiatives with appropriate commendation or prizes. Please accept my thanks and high praise to you and your colleague in tackling a 'big big issue' and producing a pack which should help many people manage their inhalers more successfully. This should be what we Pharmacists need to be all about; every day in every way.
